This beneficial herbal tea blend is based on rooibos tea and quickly lets you forget your daily stress with eight valuable herbs. The chamomile contained in the tea was worshiped in ancient Egypt and also in ancient England. Lemon balm has also been a popular herb since ancient times. It was used in many monasteries due to its relaxing properties. Anise and peppermint provide a refreshing note while blackberry and strawberry leaves as well as marigold round off the taste perfectly.
Preparation:
- Pour 100 ° C hot water over the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.
