Just one cup of green tea can cover up to 15% of your daily requirement for vitamin C. Furthermore, acerola cherries protect against oxidative stress. The tea has a pleasantly mild taste and is known for giving you a feeling of well-being.
Preparation:
- Pour 100 ° C hot water over the tea and let it steep for 3 minutes.
