Description
White tea is considered the most exclusive variety of tea in the world. 30,000 handpicked, unopened leaf buds are required for only one kilogram of tea, which justifies the higher price. The tea is referred to as white because the delicate hairs on lower leaves appear as a silvery white fluff after drying. This tea tastes much milder and less astringent than green tea.

One of my all-time favorites
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
The taste is milder than green teas have and yet it also has that certain "caffeine kick". The aroma is very distinctive, a blend of slightly sweet, floral and fresh. As with all green and white teas, it's best brewed with water below boiling point (80 degrees).
If you like green and white teas, it's definitely worth a try.
