We have received the following statement from the manufacturer:
The products which have donkey milk in their formulas are certified by ECOCERT and therefore authorized in organic cosmetics when they respect the following conditions: the animal is not being forced to produce its own milk. The process must remain as natural as possible for the well-being of the animal. Milk of the donkey is not used when it’s still feeding its foal. This is to say that as long as the foal is fed by its mother, we will not use the milk.
