The shampoo cleanses, strengthens and adds suppleness to your hair. It is enriched with organic birch leaves and mild surfactants to wash away dirt and impurities. The rich lather strengthens and conditions the hair. The delicate coconut fragrance delights the senses.
Application:

Bought this because my husband is making real efforts at reducing plastic waste. Cardboard box good, block shampoo instead of liquid is fine. However my husband developed dry hands and split eczema skin while using the shampoo (cleared up after switching back to liquid shampoo). So I tried it and it dried my hair out. I found it impossible to use less of it to see if that would give clean hair without drying because where you 'stripe' it across wet hair to use it those parts get squeaky clean (stripped of natural oils) immediately, but not enough slippery suds to distribute to wash whole head of hair. (I have long wavy hair, it seemed ok from a distribution point of view for my husband's short hair). Lathering it in my hands was the same, the first sections of hair that meet the suds squeak straight away, but not enough suds to wash all of my scalp. Definitely not 'nourishing' shampoo. I had to use a lot more conditioner after using it than usual.
I so wanted us to like this product and go as plastic free as possible but sadly we couldn't get on with it.Was this rating helpful? (0) (0)

Bought it actually to wash my wool garments that require hand wash and can’t be washed with regular soap. Worked well for that. So one day I ran out of my ordinary shampoo and grabbed that shampoo bar. Wow! I will stick to it. Bye bottled shampoos, I’m converted.

Sante Solid Shampoo

I was very sceptic about solid shampoo, I tried a few of them many years ago and they all made my hair look dry and dirty. But this one is the best shampoo I ever used. My hair looks so healthy and shiny and it is bright up as well ( I have blond hair) I highly recommend it.
