Good product, complicated usage.
Rated with 4 out of 5 stars.
This product is definetly worth trying. BUT only if you are into herbs. The smell (for me) is delicious, I literally wanted to eat the mass, when mixed it with hot water. But again, I like it, because in general I LOVE the smell of herbs.
The hair after mask is fluffy, full bodied, smells herbs. Is not shiny at all, and needs some of the leave-on conditioner.
Overall - good one, but a bit complicated to use (you need to leave it rest overnight and makes a bit of a mess when applied). Thats why 1 star down. Was this rating helpful? (6) (0)
Not thrilled with it
Rated with 3 out of 5 stars.
I really wanted to like this, but the smell is very, very strong, and it makes a big mess. The package says to mix it with hot water and let it sit for 6-12 hours, apply to clean damp hair. I used half the package on my shoulder length thin, fine hair (wavy 2a-2b). It looks and smells a lot like henna. The mixture is kind of grainy. I sectioned my hair and spread it on and then piled it on top of my head and wrapped it in cling film. I had to put a towel around my neck because of drips. It wasn’t easy to rinse out because of the grainy texture, and my hair felt stiff and dry afterwards, so I did a deep condition. My hair feels comparable to a protein mask, less frizz and more wave definition, but the application was a pain, and my hair still has a really strong smell of plant/compost that I find unpleasant (I wouldn’t call it herbal). This may work better for someone else, I’m not sure I’m going to use the rest of the package.
