Directions for use:

  • Add 10 - 25 ml (approx. 2 - 5 capfuls) to a litre of water.
  • Place 1 - 2 ladles of the sauna mixture on the hot sauna stones.
  • Swirl a towel in the air to spread the steam around the room and inhale deeply.
