Description
Take a break from a stressful day and treat yourself to a relaxing evening with Herbara's Organic Moon Milk. The Organic Moon Milk -refresh is the ideal warm or cold evening drink. The Ayurvedic spice mixture contains ashwagandha, lavender, tiger nuts and oat flakes. Lemon myrtle ensures the fresh taste and spirulina gives the Moon Milk its wonderful lime green colour - free from artificial dyes!
Preparation recommendation:
- Heat 100–150 ml of milk, oat drink or any other plant-based drink.
- Place the sachet into the warm milk then mix with a hand blender or whisk and enjoy.
- You can also foam it up with a milk frother.
- Sweeten with maple syrup or honey as desired.
