These fatty acids include 55% linoleic acid & 25% linolenic acid - responsible for healthy, glowing skin and hair. Hemp oil is also very useful for dry skin. Recommend this oil for acne prone skin. I switched to it from jojoba oil and this works. I use it as a day and night moisturizer. No creams but this oil. My skin is clean without breakouts. I like Akamuti brand mostly for this product.
